Scheduled for completion in the fall of 2024, the garden-style community, located on 11.4 acres, will include six four-story residential buildings. Idaho Village Apartments’ one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans will all have stainless steel appliances, tiled bathrooms, and vinyl plank floors in the living areas. Units will also have solid surface worktops and integrated washers and dryers. The average unit size is 846 square feet.

It should be noted that there are also over 500 different retail establishments within a three-mile radius of Idaho Village Apartments. An example is the Meridian Mall which is considered one of the most upscale retail in the metro area. The 58-acre Julius M. Kleiner Park and premier schools of the West Ada School System are also near the development.

According to Alexandra Schultz, vice president of PCCP, the city of Meridian is a desirable residential area with highly ranked schools, a favorable amenity base, and access to shopping centers in Boise and Nampa.

In Meridian, Idaho, at 2600 N Eagle Road, the project will be located. Meridian, the second largest city in Idaho, is located nine miles west of downtown Boise and is part of the Boise MSA. It can be reached there in 18 minutes by car.
